I DO NOT recommend using this service at all!! They are non professional and they are liars. They left a traveler, a woman, in NY city, of all places, because she did not show up to the meeting place on time for the trip to our next shopping destination. You should Never, Ever have to worry about being left behind in a huge city such as NY. It was wrong for this company/driver to leave this lost woman behind. I will never patronize this company again and neither will any of my friends nor family. I boycott any company that would mistreat any one the way that they did. YOU SHOULD NEVER LEAVE ANY ONE behind! Not without their consent. To make matters worse, they LIED and said that the police were looking for her and then later lied by texting that she had stayed the night in NY willingly with new found friends and that she had made it home to NC safely. I give them no stars!! and no more of my money. Christians live their lives like Christ - Christ would NEVER leave any one behind.
