As with everyone else, I've had the same billing problems. Didn't get a first bill until 3 months after service (they claim they sent them out) called in Feb to off cash if they could work with us a little on price, they refused so we made a payment arrangement. They took improper notes about arrangement and didn't hold up there end of the "deal" and took me to collections after making two payments toward the bill. I was told I had a 7-10 day grace period before it would be considered past due. They sent to collections anyway. NEVER EVER EVER use them. The "manager" hung up the phone on me and wouldn't even acknowledge the lack of professionalism of his staff. He claims they sent 7 bills out but I received 3 and none of them ever had a warning of it going to collections. They are dirty, sneaky and unprofessional. Save yourself the stress, disrespect & grief!

They do not mail you a bill. They wait until your account is past due and then turn you into collections. From there, they refuse to take any form of payment, forcing you to deal with their collection agency. Make sure before your surgery to inquire on who is doing your anesthesia to avoid having this issue.

Buyer beware. Billingpractices are dubious...lazy, at best. I paid them my portion after sifting through insurance and copays within a few months. But they did not alert the collection agency that the account was paid in full, nor me that they had referred me to the collection agency and that I am not done paying for their fees and interests. Collection agency called me six years later since 2006 to tell me that fees and interest have been incurring although I paid Anesthesia Associates off back in 2006. I called Anesthesia Associates and could not get past the receptionist whose customer service is horrible.

This companies billing and collection process is horrible. They do not accept credit cards or provide other means of paying for their services. This is 2012 and we can purchase a $1.00 snack from a vending machine with a credit or debit card.
