Stay away from this franchise. He lies, he cheats and he steals from customers. In these tough, economic times, this guy is the lowest of all. This man at this Fast Fix wathc repair store in the Galleria Mall off Sunset Drive, is a thief, a cheat and a liar. I had my receipt and my warranty card for the three watches in which he replaced the batteries for a total cost of $57.00! This man wrote the wrong serial number "KC1240 (DKNY makes a 1240 style watch, not KC) on my warranty card for the Kenneth Cole watch he "fixed". My bad for not comparing his writing with the serial number on the back of each watch. Funny how he got 2 of the 3 watch serial numbers correct.



The Kenneth Cole watch stopped working the next week. I returned to the store with my dead watch, receipt and warranty card in hand. This man claimed I had more than one KC watch (which I don't) and that I was trying to scam him. He actually thought I tried to alter the warranty card numbers. Kenneth Cole doesn't even make any watch with that number. This man argued with me loudly in front of other customers. I came home and checked my other two watches with their cards and they were a perfect match on brand and serial number.



So this guy has pulled a fast one replacing a $2 watch battery in 2 of the three watches, deliberately recording the wrong numbers on the warranty card so he can pocket the cash. Again, buyer beware of this store. Stay away from this franchise. He lies, he cheats and he steals from customers. In these tough, economic times, this guy is the lowest of all.
