i have going to see Terry At the Bike Shop for years. We have purchased high end Trek bikes to cushion spinning bike seat pads. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED Thank you for being great

Buyer beware. Customer and product satisfaction is NOT guaranteed at this bike shop at all. They don't go by the philosophy that the customer is always right, instead they will argue with you and make you feel like you are in the wrong- instead of listening to your complaints and work with you to ensure you are happy with your purchase. They don't want to talk to you after you purchase a bike, if you have a problem with the product they sold you- that is an issue they like to avoid. Before you spend your money in this store, think about if you want to leave with a product without the confidence that they will help you if there is a problem or if you are not satisfied with your purchase. Who wants to deal with a business that isn't customer service oriented? Who wants to deal with a business that doesn't make customer satisfaction their #1 goal? I know I don't. Wish I knew what I know now about the Bike Shop in Henderson, NV.

I have gone here a couple of times and they take forever. I can replace an intertube in 5 minutes and it takes them a couple hours. i bought a new sprocket from them for my bike and they tried to charge me extra for a pin in my chain that i didnt even need. My friend also pay over 400$ for a custom back wheel for his bike from danscomp. He took it to bikeshop to have it assembled and they did a horrible job. And they said it wasnt their fault. He had to buy a whole new back wheel. BUYER BE WARNED!

My son was heading to school on the day of his bicycle rodeo only to find he needed a new tube and tire. They saw me standing out front with it in my hand and let me in early. They replaced the tube and tire and I was out in a matter of minutes. I arrived at school in time to save the day.

so far so good we will see how the service is once i go there
