After waiting months for my appointment. I arrived at the office on time for my appointment. I go to check in the receptionist tells me they tried to call me to cancel my appointment. Dr. Herrero had an emergency and needed to cancel his appointments. For whatever reason they were unable to reschedule me while I was there. They assured me they would call me in the next day or two. That was nine days ago. They didn’t call me so I called them. I’m told the first open date is December 6th. I said I urgently need to see doctor Herrero. Sorry they are booked up. Unacceptable. Although I really like Dr. Herrero I will have to find another doctor.
