WORST PROPERTY MANAGEMENT EVER. I moved in to the house 3637 evening fog in April of 2013. When we moved in, the linoleum was peeling, the garage wall was covered in bicycle tire marks, volleyball marks, baseball marks. Just filthy. The washer they expected us to use had a gigantic dent in it, so I brought my own. Half of the kitchens electric goes out consistently, and no one was ever sent to fix it. We were given garage door remotes that didn't work, and they never sent replacements or someone to program them. Despite me constantly calling, we never had anyone come to our house. In fact, the yearly check up appointment that they do was even cancelled, because of an "emergency" when I had planned my work and daycare schedule around that inspection. The windows were cracked, screens were missing, and they never replaced those either. They told us they would landscape the backyard, and they never did. Whenever you call the office, you get the run around, no one knows who's doing what. Everyone is completely clueless. To top it off, when we moved out they kept our $1,500 security deposit, as well as charged us an additional $677 in damages to their piece of crap house. All without contacting me or approving anything with me, they scheduled the walk through for a time we couldn't be there and conveniently they don't have a list of the damages we are being charged for. I'm thinking I'm going to set up a table in front of their office to tell anyone who enters that they are a bunch of scam artists and to rent elsewhere. Much hate to centurion. I would give this 0 stars if I could. Rent with anyone, ANYONE else.

They actually deserve 0 stars this is by far the WORST management company I have ever seen in town. They do not follow landlord tenant laws and try to do things they way they want instead of what the law says. No good for either party. Tenants will have to go to court to show what they do wrong and property owners it will cost you for them not doing their job the right way!

Worst Management Company

This company doesn't return phone calls for repair service.

They inspect the property every 6 months and take pictures inside

both the microwave oven and the the regular oven as well as all over

your home. They also charge you the first $60 for anyone to come

out for a repair once you reach them, and the contract states any

repairs $60 and under we are liable for and we get charged even

though the service call is more then $60. I have leased property from

owner's and have never been put through this. The owners also won't

reimburse us for double power Bills which was caused by the thermastat being wired in with the heat. NV energy confirmed this

and the last company that came out said we had intermitant failure.
