This company was horrible!!!! ...

This company was horrible!!!! I called for help on my refrigerator and was given a window of between 12 - 3. Not only was the technician late, but he could not even tell me what was wrong. He did not seem to know anything about refrigerators. It was as if he just came to collect the $49 from me and not actually help me. I would NEVER call them again.

I'll take the company who KNOWS what they're doing!!!

My oven hasn't been working properly and my default repair man couldn't figure out what's wrong. Three times he came back to try to fix it but it was STILL broken!!!! Needless to say I've had it so I called Comfort Home up and surprised to have been greeted by a REAL appliance technician who told me it was the "Electronic Control Board" in my oven. The other "technician" couldn't figure that out the three times he came over and demanded my money? he couldn't even tell me what he was looking for! Eddie, my new technician, told me what he was searching for, fix it, and gave me a heck of a cheaper price.



FINALLY my oven is fixed and feel good that it's going to stay fixed. Thank you Comfort Home Appliance!!!
