I am sorry to say that 1 person can sink a ship...that is the case that has been my experience every time I have to contact this Dr.'s office...really...really...does it take 2-3 days or longer for his staff to respond to fax's from the pharmacy to refill a prescription...and it is not just a one time thing...the Dr. is great, but it took only 1 staff member experience to end with a 1 star rating...I can't say his entire staff...it's is the front receptionist....how she could be put in charge of responding to pharmacies for renewal of prescription is beyond me...the kicker is her response-oh they never sent one...mind you the pharmacy checked to make sure they had the correct fax# and they did...this particular staff member from the Dr.'s office insisted the fax's were never sent, but now she would personally call it in, she didn't...so called the Dr.'s office and again and thank goodness someone else answered and called her on it and I heard her say to her co-worker...I am bz all day with patients....then she got on the line and said she didn't have time to call it in like she said she would, but that she faxed it...I heard that before...I called the pharmacy and they told me it had just came thru...why should anyone have to go thru that for 3 days just to refill a prescription...Thanks Ms. V for making life less complicated...I have nothing better to do than to have to wait 3 days to get a prescription refilled!
