I was really thankful to see a urologist of Dr. Kaplan's character. Some things are better off left to the experts, and Dr. Kaplan is certainly an expert at what is going on "down there" if you know what I mean. And Dr. Kaplan is really good at encouraging a speedy recovery time. That's the main reason why I took the time this 5 star review and recommend him. I was back to work in no time!

Make sure you have lots of time to sit in the waiting room. I had three appointments this month. The first one was an evaluation, the second a test and the third was the results. My shortest wait time was one hour in the waiting room before sitting over a half hour in the doctors room. The longest was 2.5 hours in the waiting room alone. I talked with other patients on my first visit after the time reached an hour after my appointment. I heard stories of 3 hour waits. It is beyond reasonable to expect to be served within an hour of your appointment time.
