They do rentals and sell property. Basically, they want to get you signed up for rent and then they don't want to hear from you again. All my calls were ignored or returned very late. They have a screening service, you know one of those 24 hour services that emails your message to them. You have to wait and usually they don't return the call if it's not an emergency.



Example - Called about a slight leak in the toilet out the back. What did they do? Nothing! Three weeks later the seal gives and starts dumping water all over the floor. Simple problem that they could have solved early. Instead they had to call a plumber and pay extra for the weekend. It's a dumb way to run a business.
