This guys offer good customer service when it comes to buying expensive frames and lenses from them. The problems start when you need a repair on those glasses. There is absolutely no customer service on a repair. My first repair was to replace an arm that had broken. No customer service but no big deal with that. My second repair was the bridge piece broke and I needed a new one. I have a very narrow bridge. The owner but in a wider piece and didn't even tell me. I asked if the glasses needed adjusting and he took them and bent them and handed them back. Once I got down the road I realized my vision had been altered due to a further distance between my eyes. I have tri-focals so it's important that everything is in the right place. This being my second visit with no good customer service, I made the decision to never go back. Due to this repair I had to get a new perscription for new glasses. I can assure you I went to another optical store to get my new glasses.

The food is wonderful, and if you're lucky enough to catch the live band on the weekends, you'll definitely enjoy their excellent music selection. Great view of the city! Perfect place for conversation or dates. Highly suggested!!
