First things first, I hate buying cars. It's stressful, stomach turning and fills me with so much anxiety. However, this time was different so I just Had to share my great experience. I reached out to the store manager, Aaron Weinzeti. Better to go straight to the source. Aaron was thorough in his questions about what type of car I wanted. I set up a time to meet ASAP. Aaron came out to introduce himself and say he hand picked Rene C to be my car expert in helping me find the perfect fit. I had just been in a head on collision, car totaled and wanted five star SAFETY. I have two little girls and all I remember was hearing my little one scream on impact about her neck. Rene as a parent said he understood and pointed out the Honda Sensor Safety features. Whoa was I impressed. Top notch. I felt safe. The vehicle I was most interested in was the Honda Pilot. He then followed up to ask what next feature was most important? I said SPACE. My little girls are growing and the youngest just joined Tball, mother in law visits and plus I have the big Costco grocery trips. With that he showed the captain seats in the Pilot Elite and the double trunk space when you put the third row down. I glanced up and BOOM I was sold. The elite comes with a DVD blue ray player and a large moon roof for the kids. I had everything I wanted in a MOM Machine without the can look. About 20 mins of pricing and paperwork was done. After that it took an hour for the vehicle to be signed, me to doc-u-sign the contract with Joey S ( who was funny, efficient and showed us a New restaurant - the CODFATHER) and lastly for them to teach me all the high tech Devices. I was out by 2:40. Not bad. I truly felt special, like talking to a friend about what I wanted and making it a pleasant experience. What put it over the top was the next day I noticed there was a space between the glove compartment and side, and two vents not working... called Rene and he made an appointment for me to get both items repaired.
