I was told I needed 60,000 mile maintenance when my car had (rounded up) approx. 57,700 miles on it. (That's a difference of 2300 miles roughly a one-way cross country run.) Service Dept. guy told me I needed a new water pump, roughly $1,000 in repairs that I learned after going elsewhere was a blatant lie.



I wrote a review about it elsewhere, got a call from a Russ Garceau, Fixed Operations Director who ultimately defended Findlay's position with a puff of smoke from where he sits and speaks ... I couldn't believe it how dishonest. Do your self a favor, go somewhere else for a car because once your warranty is up, that's going to be that.



Apparently these people are about making money only with no regard for integrity. I know the Findlay name is big around here, this is getting like a feel-good 80's movie though and i feel a little like a white Eddie Murphy because those people are VERY bad news being VERY badly represented by a few employees that I've dealt with personally. Findlay VW Henderson has NOT proven to be trustworthy. Will you hear about them on Channel 8 News if they're exposed HIGHLY UNLIKELY they give them too much support. just letting you know. NEGATIVE 5 Stars.
