Run, don't walk away, from First American Title Co. I was a buyer and the sellers selected First American Title Co. Voicemails regarding questions I had were not returned by the title officer, documents claimed to be mailed to me were never received, even a call to the branch manager wasn't returned. It's like they don't want to deal with you. And, after reading all the one-star reviews at ConsumerAffairs.com, I realize this is, apparently, standard operating procedure for them. Run.
