Ford Country....who are we? Ford Country is the latest culmination of over 80 years of Ford Motor Company experience by the Ackerman family. The owner, Gary Ackerman, is a third generation Ford dealer that has lived in Las Vegas since 1955 and dreamed of building his own version of what a Ford store should be since he was a boy. Our Environment One of the many things we have tried to do is create an environment that makes our guests feel truly comfortable when they visit. Most car dealerships are designed around what works best for the dealer and we wanted to design a store that worked best for our customers. Some of the different things we have done are Mustang Sally’s Diner, the only, full service, restaurant in a dealership in Nevada. The Diner serves our many customers as well as employees, both from Ford Country and other dealerships at the Valley Automall. Customers can take a break in the Diner while shopping for a new vehicle, getting theirs serviced or if they are just in the neighborhood. Its unique, 60’s style, diner atmosphere is a real favorite with our customers and their families. Our Showroom Our open showroom concept is another area where we listened to our customers. All of our sales are done in a large, open showroom setting, using round tables and no offices with doors. Our guests are never made to feel like they are “trapped” and can come and go at their leisure. Our business offices have traditional settings to offer privacy when credit issues are being discussed. Our Service Our award winning service area is fronted by our famous Quick Lane department. Our clients can bring their vehicles in for routine maintenance and oil changes, with no appointment and never have to put their vehicle in the main shop. We can change their oil, rotate their tires, and complete an entire vehicle inspection in about 30 minutes, right in the service drive. Our parts boutique, accessories department, service department observation deck, and indoor, climate controlled, delivery center are more proof that Ford Country really is a different kind of automotive experience. Our Staff However, the biggest difference isn’t found in the building or the 17 acres of vehicles we have on display, the biggest difference is our staff. At Ford Country you will find an entire staff of people that are highly trained and motivated to make each and every customer feel like they have found a home in the auto industry. Ford Country has gone the way of all Ford dealerships. The Service Writers would rather talk on the phone for hours and completely ignore drive in customers. They have a contact number on Yellow Pages. com, but when you call that number you get a recording that states you are going to be recorded then the phone hangs up. To get a Service Writer your need to wave a $100.00 bill. Service jobs that other garages charge nothing for, Ford charges $75.00. I have reported these problems to Ford Country and they obviously don't give a damn about customers they never attempted to contact me. If you want service or a new car, do yourself a favor and stay far away from Ford Country. I have a Ford now and it will be my last one!

If your going there to get your car serviced, DON'T!! RUN FOREST RUN!!! My local Ford dealer who I have done business with for years was astonished at the charges and services for a 30K maintenance. The Henderson service manager stated they don't go by the regular Ford recommended service and go by the severe service. Even when I moved it up to severe service. Well see for yourself.

Went to this dealership to trade in a 07 and 09 Fusion on two new 2012 fusions. They played a host of sales games before trying to goose me for HUGE money. New cars were 51,000 and they tried me for 41,000 plus trades. Sales manager "JIM" was rude. Girl at the desk called me a jerk for voicing my objections. Went to another dealership the same day and bought THE SAME vehicles for 14,000 less. Paid 27,000 and trade at their competitor. This dealership subscribed to the OLD way car dealers used to be. Let the buyer be ware.
