So far, not great. Long wait and apathetic staff. Read 1 or 2 good reviews about the dr. Hopefully that makes up for the rest.

Whoever does their triage is rude . Why get into the medical feild if your going to be rude when helping a patient. Wont be returning to their facility

I wouldnt go to that office ever again. When it come to privacy there is none. Having my medical information asked to me in front of another patient that is only arms length in front of me in the other chair being ask the same question as I am by the other Dr. medical assistance in the same station is not privacy to me. Charts and results laying on Dr. desk that are in the hallway that can be seen by anyone and Dr. talking on phone to patients about their medical problem can be heard by anyone.

Minimal wait early in the morning. Warmth is not exuded by the staff, but the Nurse Practioners are wonderful.

Besides always waiting an hour past my appointment time to be seen, the staff is impersonal to say the least. Also, not knowing I did not need a prescription for the morning after pill, I made an appointment to get one specifically telling them why I wanted to come in. After waiting to be seen, the nurse practitioner tells me I DON'T NEED a prescription, she just wanted to see me to give me advice about the pill. I almost threw my chair at her. Make me wait an hour and charge me $90 to tell me about something I didn't ask!!! Never going back.
