I just bought my first ever road bike! Of course Jim was there and he spent for what seems to be like a whole afternoon giving me advise. It really makes a difference if the shop owner is passionate about the product/service that he sells. Thank you so much Jim and to your wonderful staff!

I love this place. My husband and I started riding recently and went in not knowing what to expect. The salesperson was so helpful. We ended up buying 2 bikes from here. I was nervous because I haven't ridden a bike in a longgggg time.. He took his time and we found just the right bikes and helmets. Great Store.. I will be back for sure.

I had went into JT's on Horizon Ridge and for buying a bicycle it is GREAT!! They have GREAT bikes and alot of them!! I am a big guy and I loved how they had a frame for my size!!! I highly recommend JT's!!!

I just bought my son a bike from JT's. This is what I have been looking for. I really love being treated with respect and I am now a VERY loyal customer. I was impressed by the professionalism and great service at JT's. I have been looking for a place to buy my son a bike and I took a chance here. I was so impressed.



The salseman was very good with my family and didn't talk down to us. We asked some questions because we are not bike experts and his responses were respectful and very complete. He had many opportunities to pressure us into buying something we did not need; he never did that. I got a quality bike for my son and had the best experience. I drove 40 minutes to get there and I will do that every time.



I strongly recommend this shop to anyone looking for good quality and great service. Thanks to JT's for restoring my faith in customer service in Las Vegas. Well, it was Henderson, so maybe that had something to do with it.
