My husband and I were also scammed by JLS Financial and Quality Foods. Beware this company has very unethical practices.

IN CAHOOTS WITH THESE FOOD DISTRIBUTION CROOKS



TOTAL RIP OFF AND A SCAM! The only positive reviews have been posted by owner (all by YPMobile). They come into your home and high-pressure sell you into believing you are getting an amazing deal not worth passing up. My husband and I were suckered into paying CASH for a freezer in order to receive 6 months of free food. We paid over $2,000 for a $500.00 freezer. We were also suckered into buying a set of state-of-the-art pans. We financed those, almost $2,000.00. These pans sell for $500.00 on Ebay , Amazon and elsewhere brand new. We didn't know this until they were shipped to us. We also pay almost $100 per month for this food service, I think? They are so slick.



The food is not good. They bring a sample for you to taste at the time of signing. You get a few pieces of that. The rest is crap. Soy mixture beef. Two of the boxes contained rotten meat. Everything else like frozen vegetables, hot dogs, waffles, etc. were freezer burnt. The condiments and boxed goods were all dollar store items.



After the initial delivery we were told we could order food and specify where it is from; which store. I placed several orders (e-mail only) and never received a response. I left several messages as we needed to list of foods for a camping trip. No response. I ended up having to do my own shopping. They did e-mail me back, eventually, and told me I had to have my order in my a certain day, etc.



When we signed, we were told the groceries were 30% cheaper than store. NOT TRUE. The one and ONLY order they did fill was actually MORE than the stores. Not only was it more, but I specifically requested NO 99 cent Store items, NO Hy-Top items. Of course, this was all I received. I have my receipt, a hand-written paper showing I paid $3.00 for items from the dollar store.



I have e-mailed and called asking for my free 6 months' worth of food. I received no response until I mentioned the words, "attorney" and also "court". He called me 6 times in one day.



I never did receive my free food. It was not nor ever was free.......I was ripped off by thousands.



I have a court date with the finance company as we have stopped paying on the pans (WE HAVE NEVER USED and are returning). A word about the finance company JLS Financial..Google them also. They are a total scam and have been sued many times). I am also taking Imperial Home Foods to court. I am hoping to put a stop to these crooks.



I can't wait to see more positive reviews from the owner. What a joke.



I am very confident I will win in court. Although I will not be represented by my attorney as it is small claims, I have consulted with him and we are confidant we will win.



I will be GLAD to provide proof of my claims. I do not want anyone else out there ripped off. I will do whatever it takes to make sure these crooks are put out of business and monies returned.
