Wow, where do I start? Stay away from this company! I paid my rent on time, always took care of the place (even though it was a dump when we moved), yet they were impossible to get a hold of to fix things, were so rude on the phone I was literally shocked, and were useless at following through with anything. Every time I called them (because they never let me know what was going on-even when the A/C broke in the summer and the heater in the winter) they seemed annoyed I had bothered them. With little kids and the house reaching 100 degrees, I kind of wanted to know what was happening. Plus, without the reminder, nothing might have gotten fixed. Thank goodness we are out of there!

I do not generally write reviews about companies. But this place is so awful that I couldn't help myself. I had been a tenant for two years. I paid my rent on time every month and took care of that place. And yet month after month something was wrong with that house. And calling them trying to get any assistance from them is like pulling teeth from a Monkey. It is ridiculous. Even the owner of the company cannot even return a call when it is an emergency and he has the emergency phone. They are all rude and it is a complete rip off!!! Do not rent from this company. Save your money, energy and sanity.

Keller N Jadd is a company I now avoid. Their operating principle seems to be to do, or say, whatever is necessary to get someone to sign a contract and then to forget all principles. They are parasites.

Keller n' Jadd has the attitude of a "cleint for life" They are committed to what they do on a extraodinary level!! Try them and you wont be disappointed. I guarantee it!
