After paying for a full year up front, and receiving a message that said "Hi just wanted to let you know you have until the end of July before your membership expires" I ASSUMED that meant after July my membership expired?? However, they continued to charge a monthly fee for the next month. Don't tell me my membership is going to expire knowing full well you are going to continue to charge me and then not have the common courtesy to say hay.. your membership expires on ?? but we will keep charging you unless you choose to cancel. I paid for that year in July 2012, stopped using the place in Nov 2012.. SO for about 7 months I had paid and didn't eve use the place and the cant "bend the rules" and give me a $79 credit even though I didn't give them 30 days notice? Hello, I think 7 months of not seeing my face told you that. Also, do you think any one of those smiling, happy to help you faces bothered calling me during that 7 months to see if I was ok? or if they could do anything to motivate me to get back in there? No, they had the money and that is all the cared about. If I could give negative stars I would!
