They told me they would come out for an estimate, no showed & when I tried calling they didn't answer their phones. I will try another company

I have had the pleasure of using Land View for the past 3+ years for my house in Green Valley. I have a corner house with high lawn visibility. Here are just some of the reasons why I love this company. Responsiveness: Anne always calls me back promptly and/or emails when I have a question or inquire about additional services. Dependability: They are always on-time and do the job thoroughly. Service: Their staff is friendly and trustworthy. Above and Beyond: Their service team replaces broken sprinkler heads without being asked (being a corner house and close to a school bus stop, unfortunately this happens frequently); their service team calls me when they think my timers need adjusting and always offer to do this for me. Value: Go ahead and shop around, I used other companies before Land View, but have never been as satisfied as with Anne and her team. It is a pleasure to do business with them.

Where has this company been all my life? I have had several landscape maintenance companes over the years, they start with bud promises and always fizzle out, Land View Ladnscape has been doing my maintenance for over 6 months now and all I can do is rave about their service! Their crew shows up at the same time each week and does a fabulous job!

They are courteous and hard working! I have recommended this group to several of my friends and neighbors and they have all been delighted with the services they provide!

From start to finish, they were professional, on time, and always returned my calls (and i can be a bit of a pain!).



When my wife and I began our job, we had a vision of what we were looking for. The drawings that they came back with were more comprehensive than we could have imagined. The job was started fast and finished well within the time that i was promised. And when it was done, WOW was all i could say. Our yard looks amazing.



i would never use any other landscaping company EVER....

Our company, All Trades Concrete Construction, Inc., has used Landview Landscape Services on several of our commercial and residential projects. They have proved to be very knowledgable in plan preparation, estimates and job cost savings. Landview's employees have always been polite and courteous and all of their projects have been completed on time. All Trades has referred Landview Landscape Services to several other contractors/owners and will continue to do so

COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE...I don't usually post reviews, but this time I had to. I was in need of major landscaping and renovation around my property. I called LANDVIEW LANDSCAPING. Someone actually came very quickly which was good. He said he was the general manager for the company. We walked around my property for 30 minutes going over what I wanted to be done. He said, no problem, and that he'll make some drawings and schematics for me so I can see if I'll like. He said he'll e-mail me in a day or so. 6 days passed and no word. I called the guy back and he didn't even remember me. Finally he did after 5 minutes. He said he was too busy and forgot about me but will have drawings and a quote for me by morning. Well, another 5 days passed and no word. This time I called the owner, Anne and spoke to her directly. I asked her "Are you looking for jobs and are you looking to make money because I have a job that would cost several thousand dollars and you guys can get the contract" . Anne said...'yes for sure we want the job". Then I told her that her general manager has been brushing me off and she acted surprised and said she will talk to him right away and get back to me within a few minutes. Well, ladies and gentlemen, that was 10 days ago. NO ONE ever got back to me. I live in a beautiful gated community with huge houses. I wanted work done that would have made this company thousands of dollars and I just got ignored. Maybe they only know how to mow grass so when it came down to doing any actual landscaping, they ran away. SHAME ON THIS COMPANY.

I HAVE KNOWN ANNE FOR A LITTLE WHILE NOW AND WOULD RECOMMEND LANDVIEW LANDSCAPE SERVICES TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS LANDSCAPE SERVICES. AS A BUSINESS OWNER IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY I HAVE GIVEN HER CARD OUT TO MANY OF MY CUSTOMERS AND THEY HAVE BEEN VERY HAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICES. I HAVE AND WILL RECOMMEND ANNE FOR ALL LANDSCAPING FROM MAINTENANCE TO DESIGN AND INSTALLATION.( HER PROPOSALS ARE VERY DETAILED).

We chose to work with Land View Landscape for several reasons, they came highly reccomended from a friend, and their recommendation was accurate. Anne from Land View showed up for our first appointment on time and gave us a beautiful, easy to understand plan that even included pictures ot the plants! This was so helpful because we don;t have any plant knowledge at all! Her crew was respectful, hard working and easy to communicate with. Our project turned out beautiful!

We were so impressed we went on to refer Land View to a couple of our friends and neighbors who only had positive things to say about this wonderful group! I will continue to reccomend them to anyone looking for landscape or landscape mainteance.

I was very impressed with the workmanship and followup of Landview. I first met with the owner Anne, and she was very understanding of my landscape needs. The design was amazing but the workmanship and followup was even better. I have recommened two other jobs to Landview and would recommend you include them in your bidding. These people do not honor their warranty and IFyou can get them to call you back, they do not finish the job, then threaten to send you to collections.! Watch out for the spindly little things they call trees, they have damage (holes) in the bark, which just make they live long enough to be out of warranty when they actually do die. (Look under the pieces of carpet.) This company does not know how to stake a tree to withstand the Nevada wind. Lost several due to this.

i had this company come out and give an estimate on my back yard. They had a great price and did exactly what they said they would do for the price they quoted. highly recommended!!
