Findlay RV service is outstanding! I drove in to Findlay to schedule an appointment to fix my Mascerator toilet. They said bring the coach in because they had an opening. In 2-1/2 hours, they called to have me pick my fixed RV up. Now you might think this is a level of service one should expect. Here's what happened earlier in Mesa, AZ at a different service center ( not Findlay). I spent a week waiting for an open date. Then their diagnosis was that l needed a new pump and that it would take at least another week. Since a working toilet is a critical component, we went to Findlay in Las Vegas. Their diagnosis found that a handkerchieif stopped the Mascerator and upon removal and remounting the toilet worked find. While the Mesa outfit charged $121 minimum for the diagnosis, they didn't find the problem. You can just imagine the mess that an elderly couple has without a toilet!
