It's too bad that my negative experience with one employee lead my to write this poor review. I asked the particular male employee to mark my shirts where the stains are. He arrogantly said that "he would remember where they are." Of course, the shirts came back with the stains still there. The second time this employee refused to note the stains, they came back stained once again! He then angrily said, "I know you blamed me the first time." I told him that I needed to speak to his manager about his poor customer service and attitude. He nastily replied, "There's plenty of business cards right there!" I refuse to give my business to a cleaner that keeps nasty, argumentative employees on staff. I will instead go somewhere where I get good service with a smile.
