Be very patient if you want to buy a reman transmission from this location...even though NAPA sells the transmissions on their website, these guys at this store don't know how to make transaction happen, after they take your money (paid in full, upfront). It took them two weeks to figure out they needed to ask additional questions about my vehicle, after I had already given them the specs right down to the transmission I needed.

After finally getting through the technical jargon, they got me a transmission....four weeks later.

In a nutshell, all they do is broker a deal on a rebuild between you and a rebuild shop they are doing business with.

On the bright side, they now have experience going through the process...and the transmission was the correct one and works.
