Horrible, horrible, horrible! NTA booked us for large rooms with two beds when their block was for small rooms with one bed.

When you call NTA, you cannot talk to someone to resolve the issue, you must e-mail them and no one ever returns your e-mails. I had to dispute the charge with American Express to get resolution.

From start to finish NTA was great. They responded to my initial request on the weekend, after normal business hours. They quickly found the best price for business class seats on two separate days for 6 family members.

I appreciate the attention that Marc gave to me while booking our flights to Las Vegas. he found different options and was very helpful.

Booking with Tim was fast and easy. He saved me over 40%. Booked with him before an will book in future!

Worth every penny and minute. Thanks for being able to reach you for rapid response, being patient as our plans changed, offering and balancing options, and being reachable in minutes. Remarkable!

HIS COMPANY BLACKMAILED ME, THEY WERE WILLING TO FIX MY RESERVATION (WHICH THEY SCREWED IT IN THE FIRST PLACE) IF I REMOVE MY FACEBOOK REVIEW (same as the one below)



STUPIDLY, I DID, AND THEY DID NOT FIX THE RESERVATION, THEY NEVER EVEN TOUCHED IT, THEY ALWAYS LIED AND DIDN'T DO ANYTHING TO HELP ME AS THE CONSUMER PAYING THEM FOR THE SERVICE.

This is a company that gets easy money by selling bad deals with high costs and lack of information, this is the worst service and experience I've had with hotel accomodations.



This abuses any type of consumer that is desperate to find a hotel, this is supposed to be an assistance to get the best reservation and price and to saves us the time in finding it, not the other way around.

As a senior citizen, I do so appreciate making travel arrangements with a "real person." Amanda was knowledgeable in answering questions and coordinating with my tour operator.

I suggest you pay any hotel or affiliation directly before using this companies services. This company is near impossible to work with. They say that you will get a full refund if you make any cancellations 30 days prior to booking- but in fact you will only receive a credit towards a future booking with this company. (which I am apprehensive to use in the future) The worst part of this booking experience was that when I spoke to a man named Jack Heski, he laughed when I said that I wanted a refund. Not only was Jack the rudest person, he was the least productive and I felt violated by his tactics. It displeases me to hear from people like him in customer service.

Thank you for all your efforts in rebooking our staff and making sure they were taken care of. We appreciate all that you did, the extra hours, the strings pulled, etc. Your patience and experience are greatly appreciated.

I had the good fortune of "stumbling" upon National Travel Associates; and the even greater fortune of working with Sam Anderson. He is really fantastic! National Travel Associates should be proud to have an employee of his caliber in their employ. He was gracious and very helpful.
