If I could give no stars I would. The first day I moved in the hot water tank was broken and I was without gas and hot water for 2 days in the winter. The "field agent" claimed he spent hours in the house prior to my arrival for the pre-inspection so how did he miss that. Trying to contact someone in the office was never successful I always had to send an email which could take up to day to get a response. Nicklin does not work with military members. If you are in the military look elsewhere. When I was notified of a short notice deployment they were no help it was a hassle every step of the way from the time I left to the time I got back. They do not keep their word I was charged for things I did not damage and money was deducted from my security deposit. The field agent who "took note" of the condition of everything in the house during the first inspection acted as if he didn't have any knowledge of the things that were wrong in the house when the final inspection was conducted. I was wrongfully charged for a washing machine that was intermittent and was never reimbursed, I had to wash my uniform at a laundromat. I stayed in the house for 10 months and constantly asked for a gate clicker and never received one. I am very displeased with their service and would not recommend them to anyone. BEWARE!

Never again...

This is the worst rental company ever. We have been renting from them for over a year & are regreting renewing our lease. Everytime there is something wrong with the property, we call, get the run around & the problem is fixed (sometimes sufficiently, sometimes insufficeintly) in 1-2 weeks. We pay top dollar to live in our house, so we feel we deserve to have problems fixed in a timely matter. They are also very rude. We will leave this house when our lease is up next year.
