Avoid this place like the plague. I took out a loan and I was forced to open a checking account. I left the checking account open (I was forced to) and they charged me fees on the account. I was NEVER notified the account went into a negative balance so I had no option for curing the problem. There was a negative $20 balance that went to collections and the item went onto my banking history and will prevent me from opening up other checking or savings accounts. I completely understand it is my responsibility to be aware of the fees and other obligations regarding opening an account, however, a consumer should not be forced to buy other services he or she does not need so they can purchase another product or service. I do not need the complication of being forced to open a checking account that I do not need or want. I tried explaining this to the bank, however, they were incredibly rude and inconsiderate and treated me like a deadbeat because of a $20 balance.
