Pet Pros is AMAZING! This store is always up to date on their animals and assures every customer they are buying the absolute best animal for them. The staff is very friendly and always make sure the customer is well informed and well taken care of. The nonsense with getting the dogs from 'puppy mills' or 'backyard breeders' is incredibly false! Each dog comes with their pedigree, list of vaccinations and health history and the breeder's information and location. Also, each dog comes with a free vet visit, and if one's dog were to develop kennel cough, or any other type of common doggy cold, it's on Pet Pros! Pet Pros offers many things to any new puppy owner and makes sure each animal and customer are happy at all times. Go buy your next dog from Pet Pros, you won't regret it!

Do not buy a puppy here!!

I bought a puppy from Pet Pros for $600, the sales person assured me the dog was registered and we would be getting the papers in the mail. No papers came and when we called to find out what was going on, they gave us an email address. When we emailed them, the sent us back an email saying the puppy is not registered and there are no papers. They blatently lied to us, no wonder these stores are closing

NOTHING BUT A BUNCH OF ANIMAL ABUSERS....

For anyone looking for a new pet please stay away from any of the "Pet Pros" establishments- these people are far from being "pros" at taking care of animals, maybe they are "pros" at abusing and negelcting them. I recently got a rare look into the back area of one of the stores and almost threw up at what I saw ( I'm a vet nurse so it takes a lot to make me sick- I've seen it all). There were ferrets cramped in tiny cages with no food or water, covered in urine and feces; practically hairless with black discharge (ear mites) pouring out of their ears, their poor little bodies covered in sores- one was bleeding from the face and mouth since he had been banging his face against the cage and desperatly chewing on it. Other small "pocket pets" had the same conditions, others not so lucky were already dead but in cages with barely alive animals. This place also does not discriminate as to where they get their animals, most puppies come from backyard breeders and puppy mills and are frequently sick and already have behavioral problems as a result of being abused for being "noisy" or "uncooperative" by the staff. Stay away from this place and let your friends know too. If you are looking for a new pet please consider a shelter or private rescue group instead, go to Petfinder.com to find a list of rescues in Las Vegas for all types of animals.
