Two amazing experiences! Took my car to get my bumper fixed at Service King Collision Repair of Spring Valley and they wanted me to pay for a new bumper, paint and labor totaling $950.00. The bumper was just loose! I remembered having a great experience here at Primier Auto so I took it there and Keith is SO AWESOME! Yes, he noted that I would be better off with getting a new bumper because the clips all came off but he also let me know there was another way to glue it back with an adhesive and he went over the differences with me. Because I'm not the "corporate insurance claim" customer and paying out of pocket I opted to have it glued in. Total? $100.00 with next day service! As opposed to $950.00 with wait time for the new bumper, wait time for an appointment, wait time to get it painted. Most of these companies don't want to deal with customers with customer pockets. They want insurance claim money. Thank you Keith and your entire staff! You all were AMAZING! 10 STAR!! 10 STAR!!!

his shop defrauded me and the insurance company that was paying for the repairs. Premier was supposed to replace the rear bumper, replace part of the rear exhaust pipes, and replace one of the lightly damaged rear rims. The insurance company paid for that work to be done and Premier claimed they did. However, after getting my car back I found out they had moved the damaged rim over to the other side of the car to hide it, and had reused the same exhaust pipes. They tried to bang the dents and bends out of it so it would be less noticeable I was being ripped off , but it still didn't fit correctly under the car and made a banging noise as it bounced around. I was the victim of a hit and run, then took my car to Premier to be repaired and was victimized again. Dont make the same same mistake I did. If you are looking for a reputable repair shop, keep looking or you'll regret it.

After studying reviews, I visited a dozen of collision specialists in the valley from Centennial to Henderson. Their explanations varied and estimates differed widely including an irrelevant damage to the sensor.



I decided on Premier Collision Center and left my car at 7:30am, and it was ready by 4pm next day. Now my car looks perfect as I saw it in the dealer lot 6 months ago.



Their estimate sheet was comprehensive, the price was very reasonable, and the work was excellent. Both Keith, the owner and the technician Joe were genuine, courteous, and professional.



I highly recommend.

Just picked up my truck from Premier. Their price to repair a dent in one door was less than half the price of two other locations, and they did the work in two days where the other places wanted a week. The work looks great. I cannot tell the difference between the paint on the repair section versus the orginal paint. My first time going to Keith, but certainly not my last.

Premiere Auto Collision is the only honest garage I have found in this town. My family and friends has been going there for years. Keith and his crew are the best! They never make up problems and charge you for unneccessary work. A jewel in this desert.

Great follow up and service. Made sure to call if additional cost involved and answered all my questions and even saved me a bit a money by suggesting some parts were able to be reused.

It is so hard to decide on a place to take your vehicle when it needs work. I don't want to get ripped off, lied to, or WORSE, have them mess up my car even more!! I called and got a simple quote for a few services. My boyfriend took my car in and they were so helpful. I wasn't sure if I needed a new fuel pump all together or if something minor could do it. And it was minor! Most places would've just told me it was the pump, which of course is a more costly fix. But Premier was honest with me. I left there with my car running 10x better than when I went in and barely spent anything! And I'm going back tomorrow so they can replace my belts. Great prices, I'm very satisfied with this place!!

I would recommend this shop to everyone. The owner, Keith is very honest and his prices are very reasonable. His shop does both mechanical and collision repair and they do excellent work. Keith will actually tell you if work does not need to be done saving you money. I have 3 cars and I take them all to him now. I will not go anywhere else. He gets my cars in and out fast and he will take the time to explain what needs to be done and then afterward what was done. Prices are very, very reasonable. AAA++++
