Thank you for such a nice store. We particularly enjoyed Lisa. She was so nice and helpful. You are so lucky to have Lisa, she is the one who all workers should look to for customer service. I can't believe the 3 reviewers & I shopped at the same location. I have NEVER found any of the employees anything but helpful. I will say, however, that I am not a fan of their untagged items must be sent back to their distribution center for pricing & redistribution. What's that all about? The store manager should be able to put a price on an item-especially since someone wants to buy it. Isn't that the whole point--to make the charity some money??? Otherwise, I think the prices are usually pretty fair & furniture is a bargain.

The stuff there is sometimes decent, sometimes all trashy. It varies, but some of the staff there are awfully rude. There is hispanic older lady at the boutique there that is utterly rude. The items at the boutique are overpriced and many of the handbags are fakes, and they sell them for the real stuff price. And the mentioned hispanic lady keeps at staring at you when you pick up the items like if you are at the smithsonian museum touching a priceless relic. Not worth the trouble in my opinion. They are rude there even though you pay their salary with your purchases
