Dr. Sood is cold and impersonal, has poor eye contact. As a new patient, he had a student doctor, gather preliminary info from me and he saw me for all of 2 1/2 minutes, never introduced himself, and told me I needed a colonoscopy and endoscopy. I will not have him perform any procedure on me.
