They came out when they said they would. The problem was diagnosed quickly and my garage is working ok now. But charging 9 times the retail amount for the parts seemed a bit excessive.

Why one star? I was quoted about $170 for the labor then given three price points for the springs. The top level was $699 and came with a lifetime warranty. As I talked out the pricing the service guy never told me the price was per spring, and there are two springs. After the job was done, I was shocked when the price came to $1,600 and some change. It pays to shop around folks.

Anytime Garage Door (also known as Sun City Garage Doors) is the most reliable, best-priced and most honest garage door install and repair service I’ve found during my 20 years of living in Nevada. Three years ago, they repaired my current door for only $150, rather than replacing and charging me for a completely new door. This week I decided I wanted a completely new garage door due to years of small dents and 16 year old aging squeaky rollers. Josh did a fantastic job of removing my old door and installing a new door with new nylon rollers in less than 2 hours on the same day I called. When I had a problem with the aging garage door opener, Josh came back and helped me diagnose the problem (old capacitor) free of charge. My garage door now runs better than ever and is quieter than I can ever remember during all my years in this home. If you want reliable and honest, call these guys.

STAY AWAY THEY ARE RIP OFFS! Totally dishonest and triple the price. Use Home Depot or Lowe's.They make up their our price, commission. They also go under several names another is Sun City Garage Doors.Rating 0 check BBB scam! Don't ever use these crooks!

I am extremely disappointed with Anytime Garage Doors. My garage door cable had broken on one side of my garage door so I scheduled an appointment with Anytime Garage Doors. My wife was at home for the appointment and the technician came out and wrote up different things that were wrong with the garage door and fixed the cable and it took him 15 minutes and charged us $250. When I came home the garage was up and I went to close it and it didn't work and now the garage was lopsided and the other cable had come off. I called them up letting them now I was frustrated and felt that we were ripped off having only worked for fifteen minutes and charging $250 I let them know that I was going to give feedback of exactly what happened and they told me you do whatever you have to do. It's too bad there are companies that take advantage of women this way. I will never call them again and I will recommend people not to use them. It's sad that there are people like this on this earth. They can't be trusted.

I tried several places and no one had the part I needed(extension springs) I did not want to order on line and get the wrong part. They were friendly and price was exactly what I would have paid online but no waiting. I recommend.

Anytime Garage Door is a documented consumer predator....please check online BBB reviews & the Rip-Off Report. This company can't be trusted & must be avoided.

Quick installation, professional service tech called before arrival and then arrived when he said he would. He took time to explain how product worked and made sure I understood. I am very pleased with the service I received and quality product.

We just recently moved to a new house but unfortunately the garage door was all beat up and needed replacement… one of my fellow friends recommended me to come to any time garage doors to help me out and that their prices where great.. It was my last day cleaning my old apartment for I had moved in to a new one around the area as I was leaving that same day, bad luck reached me and my garage door didn’t want to close. I didn’t know what to do but to find someone who could fix it. My friend told me to go to Any time garage door and they helped me greatly they are 24/7 repair company. I also bought a new belt drive and now the door opens better than when I recently had moved in. They did a wonderful job even though I was a little upset of having to buy it and repair when I was moving out but I was happy at the same time I was able to receive my deposit with the fast service of Any time garage door!
