Had a damage issue with my 2014 Ford Fusion. This was not an insurance claim so I was sensitive about who and where to take my car. My friend recommended Sunset Collision Center. Although this was not the lowest quote I received, something told me this is the right place. The entire staff are more than professional and care a great deal about getting things right!! My vehicle was tough to repair because it is a special edition. Much to my delight, the work is perfect and my car looks brand new! Thank you for the hard work and keeping the price affordable.

If you have a damage issue with your vehicle and want it fixed right, this is the place!! Took my car here to have serious door damage fixed. The staff are super to deal with and care a great deal about you and the problem with your vehicle. They are very honest folks and have a terrific warranty. My car now looks brand new as if nothing ever happened!!!

A MONTH ago, I dropped my car off and was told that they were "backed up, so it would be a while" before they could look at my car. I left my phone number and all of my contact info, signed forms and handed over the keys. I even helped push it into their storage lot..



I called with no return calls until this morning. The guy says, "you never came down to sign the repair order, so we never did anything to it. I am backed up and cannot get to it. You need to call a wrecker and get it out of here, I will not charge you for storage."



I WAS NEVER CONTACTED AT ALL, ABOUT ANYTHING! YOU DON'T HAVE TIME TO WORK ON A CAR THAT I WILL PAY TO GET FIXED??? YOU "will not charge" ME FOR STORAGE? I HAVE NOT HAD A CAR FOR OVER A MONTH THINKING IT WAS GOING TO BE FIXED, OTHERWISE I WOULD HAVE NEVER DROPPED IT OFF IN THE FIRST PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!



So, I paid a tow truck $75 to bring the car back to my house and they told the tow truck driver that they LOST MY KEYS to the car!?!?



Worst experience EVER!

I chose this auto body shop because my insurance recommended them and because of proximity to my last home. I could not have been more pleased from the minute I walked in.The shop was clean and the staff was very professional and friendly as well. They gave me a very good estimate, explained everything they would be doing, and they kept me completely informed every step of the way. I could not have been more pleased. My car was better than new when I picked it up.I do not come across such good, honest and professional service much these days. I am thrilled to find it is still out there. Sunset Collision Center made a bad experience (getting into an accident) much easier to handle than I could have ever imagined

Being in a car accident is a real pain but the people at Sunset Collision made the experience a lot less painful. Their service is GREAT!!! They promptly wrote my estimate and explained it thoroughly, repaired my vehicle (it looks better than new), cleaned it when the repair was done, and even gave me a FREE carwash coupon for Green Valley Hand Car Wash for my next carwash. Thanks to Bob, Mitch and the entire staff at Sunset Collision. If I ever need a repair again I know where to go and who to recommend.

Unfortunately for my car, I have worked with Sunset Collision twice in the last month. The first time they handled a repair from a collision. Not only did they do an outstanding job making my vehicle look as good as new, but they got the work done in a matter of only two days. This work is guaranteed for as long as I own the car. Moreover, a limited selection ofHertz rental vehicles were available on site, and I was able to get a rental car at the same time I dropped off my personal car; similarly, I returned the rental to the same location and at the same time that I picked-up my personal car. My second experience with this company was when my family friend accidentally hit my car- just scuffing the bumper. I took my vehicle in for an estimate (in hopes to avoid a run-around w/insurance companies), and the adjuster honestly and frankly offered explained that most of the damage was paint transfer; he then proceeded to remove it at no charge. A great, honest company that does good work!
