I was very impressed with TNTs owner’s professionalism, knowledge, and can do attitude. Tom was responsive to all my calls and quickly diagnosed my mechanical RV awning issue. He had no problem in returning at a later date to repair the awning with parts I obtained directly from the manufacturer. He subsequently completed the needed repairs in a timely manner and his fee was very reasonable.

My husband and I are purchasing an RV in NV but live in UT. We called several RV service businesses and we're told it was going to be a minimum of $480 for them to look at the RV for us before driving to NV to purchase it and they were about a week out. We finally got ahold of Tom at TNT and he was AMAZING! He fit us in within 24 hrs and his fees were very reasonable. Tom did a thorough examination of the RV and gave us a complete report of his evaluation. Tom gave us the piece of mind we needed in order to move forward with the purchase. Very friendly and professional!

Came out and did a few repairs. Then got the wrong parts and tryed to replace with chaper part his mistake and tryed to make me pay the different took my rv apart and never came back

Great RV Repair Service !!! Professional, personable, and above all knowledgeable. Our air conditioner quit working when we arrived in Las Vegas. We called TNT Repair Service and spoke to Tom. He came over and checked everything out. He could have charged us for a new air conditioner, but after researching he found a loose wire was the cause of the problem. He quickly fixed it and we were thrilled as the temperature for today is predicted to be 105 degrees.

We arrived in Las Vegas with damaged toppers on our slide outs. Tom diagnosed, enabled the slides to work and then ordered the parts. We waited an extra week for the parts to arrive and then advised Tom that we would head for Sedona and come back when the parts came in. He insisted that he would drive to Sedona with the parts and repair it for us. A week later that is exactly what he did!! We were very, very impressed with his friendliness, professionalism and outstanding service. Thanks, Tom
