Tu Sabor Café is a family owned cafe. It is run by a husband and wife duo, and together, they have about 40 years of culinary experience. Rudy is an experienced Executive Chef and Yesenia an experienced Cook both locally in the Las Vegas casino industry. Encouraged and pushed by dear friends to pursue and never give up on their dreams. They decided to open up Tu Sabor Café, to share their dishes with the soon to be extended food family. Rudy and Yesenia would love to share a unique Mexican/European fusion and share their very own heritage flavor with you. After all Tu Sabor means your flavor or your taste.
