My favorite and only place I will go! They are amazing and the service is so friendly, and they do the job right.

These people are horrible! I took a brand new pair of silk pants ($140) in that were dirty on bottom. They cleaned them. I went in to pick them up, they were just filthy. They cleaned them again. Still filthy! They said I should cut them off and make them into shorts! Really? They are brand new! No money back, nothing. I took them to The Cleaners and Alterations. Just picked them up. They are clean! Took them back to Village East, and they could have cared less. So I had to pay twice, they would not reimburse me for their lousy work!!

Since I am a very petite person I have trouble buying clothes to fit. I always need it hemmed or resized. It is really hard to find someone who knows what they are doing! So when I heard from many of my friends to take my clothes to Diana at Village East Cleaners I gave it a try. What a great experience. Nice tailor shop with large fitting rooms. Comfortable and easy. The real icing on the cake was when I got my clothes back a week later EVERYTHING fit perfect. I am extremely pleased and I will definitely be back

the very best in town!! they came out and greeted me by name, omg!! It was only my second time there & even remembered to hang all my pants. I will be a repeat customer.

This is the worse alteration shop!!!Received the denim jeans for hemming up, 1 week later returned untouched with reason "CAN NOT DO IT". These are just the regular denim jeans, they are INCOMPETENCE!
