I am working near Henderson, TX. I ordered Corsages & Boutonnieres for my wife and family members for Mother's Day. I was informed at the time of making my order that they would be open until 1pm on Saturday. My wife was to drive in from DFW to pick them up. I was called a little after 11am on Sat. and was told that they were going to close at Noon and that somebody needed to be there to pick them up. So, I had to take off work to pick them up as my wife was going to be there about 12:15 or so. The flowers were nice, but were not placed in individual boxes, but of them were placed in one open box when I picked them up. My wife had to pick up something to place them in so they would not get ruined sitting in a refrigerator over night. I am not pleased with their failure to stay open after telling me initially that they would. I am not pleased with them failing to place the flowers in containers that would protect them knowing full well that they would have to remain refrigerated over night.. I found the lady that I had to deal with to be rather rude. I would not recommend this place to anyone, as I will never use them again.
