Very rude and unhelpful for the most part.Don't ever buy a battery there!If you buy a battery with 3 year free replacement and lets say it goes bad in 1st year and they replace it you have absolutely NO warranty after that first replacement!Even if the second battery only last one year you are stuck with it! I have managed parts stores and from my experience it is at the managers discretion whether to warranty a particular item to satisfy the costumer under costumer satisfaction policy, so Henderson Wal-Mart does not care about its costumers. Just say NO to Ever Start Batteries go to Atwoods who has far better prices and honors their warranty.
