Contacted this authorized Panasonic service center once a few months ago: Owner was helpful and informative over the phone, but now nobody answers the phone, and mailbox is full. Mapping websites show a roadside sign on a rural road well out of town; driveway leads to a cluttered cluster of buildings. I'm wondering if this is a serious business, a part-time hobby, or defunct.



I'm going to try a Greenville SC location.

I have tried to contact this authorized Panasonic service center without success. I tried all different times of day and different days. They do not pick up the phone and you can't leave a message because their voicemail box is almost permanently full. I need a Panasonic service center for my new TV and can't get through to them!
