I locked my keys in my car around 8:13pm. Was here very fast. ALSO very reliable!

The trunk lock in my old 3 series BMW was stuck in the locked position, so I called Dave from Advanced to come out and open the lock for me. It took him just a few minutes to pick the lock, but the latch still would not open. We ended up taking out the back seat and reaching through the trunk to remove the lock entirely. The latch opening mechanism was actually bent out of shape, the reason why picking the lock was not enough to open the trunk. What was supposed to be a 15 minute job ended up taking two hours, but the cost barely increased for all the extra effort. I was very satisfied with Dave's work, and I would recommend him to anyone.
