Complaint is against Rainbow Pediatrics. Daughter waited 1.5 hrs to see Dr. Then after 10 min office exam was dismissed. A prescription was supposed to be called-in to the local pharmacy (right across the street), however 6 hrs later that call was never made. I called the Rainbow Ped. office to complain & they told me that they called that prescription in as I was on the phone with them. I then called the local pharmacy again just to see if in fact the prescription was received & they told me it must be on their voicemail. I asked about how long of a wait I was facing and she told me around 1 hour. So, (7) hours later hopefully I'll have the medication for my daughter.... That is unacceptable... DEFINITELY changing to a better medical facility that knows what they're doing... Ridiculous
