Established in 1926, Immaculata Catholic School enrolls students in pre-kindergarten through fifth grade. The school s academic curriculum includes instruction in Spanish, language arts, English, math, science, social studies, music, art, and religious and physical education. It also provides various athletic activities that include volleyball, basketball, soccer, tennis, golf and cheerleading. In addition, Immaculata Catholic School organizes various cocurricular events, such as art shows, musical performances and quiz contests, as well as picnics and field trips. It also offers after-school programs for students. Located in Hendersonville, N.C., the school is accredited by the Southern Association of Colleges and Schools and the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction.
