Awesome restaurant with great service. It's come a long long way since 2008.

I have to disagree with hogrydervl. We had a wonderful meal at Mona Lisa. The one fault that we had is that the salad dressing was not tasteful, due to the lack of vinegar. The portions are large. We had to take home our soup, because if we finished it we would not have been able to eat the entree. The wait staff is knowledgeable and very friendly and attentive. This is a restaurant that I would definitely go back to, and would recommend. The pizza looks MARVELOUS.

The owners claim to come here for a 'taste of Italy'. WHERE in Italy they do not specify. The best part of the experience was the service; friendly and not hurried. The bread tasted like it was store-bought frozen, my calamaretti was virtually all sauce (which WAS spicy and tasty), VERY little calamari, the ravioli bland and boring.... also frozen-tasting. The home-made Minestrone tasted of thickener more than flavor, but was loaded with vegetables. My side dish of pasta tasted exactly like a freshly-opened box of Ronzoni. A $56 experience (less tip) that will not be repeated. Conclusion: a very comfortable and friendly atmosphere, but overpriced and very, very disappointing.
