I have been taking all of my vehicles to the Oil Well for years to get oil changes, tire rotation, and inspection. After my last oil change in my 2013 Subaru, the "low"oil light came on. I took it to the closest mechanic who told me the Oil Well had put a double gasket on, creating a gap...leaking oil. I'm glad I wasn't on a trip, or did irreversible damage to my engine. I tried to email, and write a letter to the Oil Well expressing my dissatisfaction....all returned. I won't be going back.

I had my oil changed less than 2 weeks ago which I have been doing with this company for over 20 years with no complaints until now. Yesterday I had an emergency situation. It could have been a major expense if I had not been at the right place at the right time. My serpentine belt was almost worn to shreds. If you had checked it when I got my oil changed this could have been avoided. So if you are reading this review make sure they check yours. It should be routine at all oil changes.

The worst! Super high prices for mediocre (at best) work.

Have a speciality car and I called ahead and asked if they had the oil and oil filter for my car. They said they did.

When I arrived, they started the oil change and found out they did not have the correct oil. So, they had to go and get it and they had the audacity to upcharge ME for the oil. It was not my fault they did not have the correct oil.
