This place is a joke. The Doogie Howser i saw couldn't tell the difference between a pulled muscle and an infection. So did they give me an anti biotic, of course not, they acted like i asked them for crack. So to them, a 104 temp is gonna cause a pulled muscle, not an infection. A pain that is not always in the same spot. So I'm still gonna have to go to my doctor, to get an anti biotic. Complete waste of time, and money. They should not be charging ppls insurance for this nonsense. You can get better healthcare from the bums behind wal mart. Its basically ppl walking in, getting charged for nothing, and still having to go someplace else. Thats not medical care, its fraud. This place would better serve the community if it were turned into a pizza place. At least then you would get something for your money.

Don't waste your time or your money. They wont help you, and you will be there all day long. The urgent care is as bad as pardee hospital. This place shouldn't even be allowed to work on dogs. Medical care, yeah right, thats a joke. Charge your insurance for doing nothing for you. You will still have to go to the hospital or your dr when your done thr, so save yourself some money and skip this clown show. And when you do go to the hospital, go to Asheville to Memorial Mission, you will be glad you did. They are young, and are taking real money, for pretend healthcare and guesses. This week i will have to go to my dr, and pay more money, FOR WHAT THEY SHOULD HAVE DONE. screw this place. Shut it down.

I have made 2 trips to Pardee Urgent Care. Both Were work related injuries. First was about 8 years ago, and it was for a head injury requiring 11 stitches. I had to sit there for 2 and a half hours before I was seen. I could barely walk I was so weak from blood loss, and unable to drive to dizziness. The last one was today, and it was for a hyper-extended elbow. I was the first in the door when they opened, and the first to turn in my paperwork. I was the 8TH to be seen. And after 48 minutes, all they told me is "I am sorry, we can not see you today. Our Tech is sick, and nobody here is able to assist you with your drug test." I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK TO THIS PLACE ON MY OWN INSURANCE!!! EVER!!!! If I could give less than 1 star, I would.

A simple x-ray is done poorly, and read poorly. It is actually scary that a medical place with so called "titled" medical staff that in reality is a joke. Have gone twice for simple things that even they couldn't handle in a professional manner. It is never a good choice to go to a facility like that, for a medical non-emergency. . Don't waste your time or money with a place like Pardee. Don't put your health in their care.

DON'T GO! IT SUCKS! DON'T TAKE YOUR DOG THERE. THEY TELL MAJOR UNTRUTHS. ESPECIALLY ONE NURSE RATCHED. THE MDS ARE COOL. THE FRONT OFFICE & NURSING STAFF ARE ON A MAJOR POWER TRIP.
