Been doing business with them for over 30 years! Their service is incredible! Jim, Alan & Laura make old worn out shoes, purses and anything leather better than its original condition! they take your comfortable shoes that have much wear and make them better than new without losing any of it's broken in comfort. They truly do an incredible job making better than new leather items!!!

Don't take your shoes here if you hope to see them again. This place is the Bermuda Triangle of shoes. Really disappointing, both times we have tried them.

Had my shoes for over 4-months and still had not touched them. Didn't seems to mind that I wanted my shoes back and was taking my business elsewhere. Definitely would recommend taking your shoes to Samay or River Ridge to get them done.

Very good service. I took a pair of shoes to be resoled. I was told the soles would have to be ordered and may take up to 2 weeks to get them in and another week to complete the job. I was called at the end of the first week to let me know the soles were not in. I was then called the following Friday to come by and pick them up! Not only had they repaired my soles, but they had repaired some stitching in each heel and had given the shoes a fresh coat of oil and protectant. The shoes look and feel great! I will definitely use Reynolds again if the need arises.
