I went in to search for an engagement ring and was treated very well by all in the store! Not pressured to purchase at all. They listened to all of my needs and help me find the perfect ring!

Very disappointed with the Hendersonville store in the Blue Ridge Mall since change of ownership. I purchased a wedding ring about 10 years ago. Returned to have some custom work on the ring, and purchased several other pieces of jewelry since. When the wedding ring was purchased, lifetime maintenance was part of the original purchase. I have brought the ring several times since then for repair when the diamond became loose, or general cleaning. Whenever the ring, or other jewelry purchased at the store need service or cleaning, personnel were always courteous and helpful, sent the ring out for repair and/or cleaning, and called when ready when ready at no charge.

Yesterday my wife brought her ring to the store because one of the diamonds are loose again and it was time for cleaning. My wife called while at the store me because the salesperson she spoke to at the time wanted to charge her for the service. I spoke to the salesperson and explained that the lifetime service was part of the original purchase. She refused to honor the agreement for the service that was part of the purchased . She insisted that my wife bring back the paperwork stating that maintenance and cleaning was included with the purchase, but also said she could see the purchase in the computer system along with the services and repairs that had previously been done. When I pressed her about the agreement, she responded that the agreement was with the previous owner who preformed the services and cleaning himself (which I know is not true because he told me he sent the jewelry out to be service, and told me who he used to preform the service).

As a business owner myself, I truly understand the value of customer service and integrity. The new owners of this franchise do not! They have lost a customer, and I suggest anyone who reads this strongly consider purchasing your jewelry somewhere else.
