Dear owners/managers, stop deleting my honest review. People deserve honest reviews and better restaurant. You don't deserve your job/business if you treat honest customers in a embarrassingly bad way. Do your job better.

New owner/manager ruined it.
I’ve been coming here since 2009 and telling all my friends and colleagues to try this one. Well, I’m just sad to tell them not to come here anymore.
Here’s. Why:
1. They use cheaper/lower quality sushi now. Salmon used to be beautiful tangerine color and prepared right. Not anymore. Now they use orange red color fishy salmons.
2. The new owner/manager clearly can’t control quality of rice. I almost thought they used sticky rice. Each grain was mushy and stuck to each other like crazy glue and it was not prepared with sweet rice vinegar at all. They simply cooked it and molded it with too much pressure. Total disappointment.
3. They do not have much of friendly service mind. I tried to complain about the quality and mistake manager made over the phone for making a reservation and all I got was a lecture with furious aggression.
I am very sad to lose one of my favorite restaurants as a food enthusiast.

Provided by YPmobileFood was not bad at all and the service was pretty decent. The atmosphere was really good too.
But my food came out wrong. Ordered steak and not steak and shrimp. Told the waiter he took it back and fixed it. Owner came over while my steak was cooking and said, "Are you sure you didn't order steak and shrimp?" She didnt come to apologize for the food being wrong. She came to ask me if I really didn't order what I sent back.
After we paid I asked the waiter if she made him pay for the 1/2 order of shrimp and he said he had to but he did get to eat it.
WTH is that all about. Will never go back, ever. She was quite rude and then to have him pay for a mistake is BS.
By the way they have a valpak coupon for 15% of Hinachi dinner on YP.com and Valpak website expires 6/14/12
