I have used Brown's Florist in Hendersonville, TN for over 30 years. They have "NEVER" disappointed me!! They are very friendly, helpful, professional, and have always patiently worked with me!! The people at Brown's Florist are very talented and so creative!! Their arrangements are amazing!! When I place orders with them, I know that whatever they put together for me, will be Perfect!! They Always get it Right!! The recipient's tell me how beautiful they are, and have taken photos of their arrangements!! I love the people and the business!!! They are my #1 Florist!!!

I tried this florist years ago and said I would never use her again. Well, I did it to myself , I tried her again.

I don't mind getting the bill almost before you get the flowers but you do expect them to look good for the price. I ordered for a funeral in December and the arrangement was beautiful. I ordered two arrangements for another funeral in December and I removed my name from the arrangements because they were so cheap looking. When I took the money to pay the bill I talked to Claudine Brown, owner, and she was the same arrogant person I remember. Not even I'm sorry my work looked bad, she is the one that made the arrangements. Bill is paid and I will not call her again.

Called to order flowers (this has been the 2nd time I called to use their services) and again the person on the other line was so unfriendly and impersonal. Was not very helpful in selecting flowers for a funeral. I decided to call elsewhere for flowers.
