Provided by YP.com1. Went to Lenscrafters’/ Doctors Value Vision on 12/30 for exam, fitting/ordering of new glasses. Paid almost $400.00 balance AFTER insurance.
2. Received glasses about middle of January. Told person helping me that they didn’t seem right but she stated that I may just need to get used to them.
3. Brought them back a few days later and Michael (helpful employee) decided the axis/es was/were incorrect.
4. Wanted new glasses before I went to Mardi Gras in New Orleans (2/20-2/23) but it didn’t happen.
5. Waited another week and was informed 2 days later that “my order had not been turned in”.
6. Picked up glasses 5 days later; told them I still didn’t think they were right.
7. Went as many days as possible (over a week) trying to adjust but felt dizzy every time I put the glasses back on.
8. Went back to Doctors Value Vision and eye doc rechecked my eyes. Free. Seems my prescription wasn’t quite right. 3/24/2014
9. Waited 3 weeks to finally get this message yesterday, “Your lenses are ready. Please bring your frames in so we can change them.”
10. I bought frames from them. They were attached to the lenses when I returned them both times.
11. It’s now April 15th and I’m pretty sure that I won’t be getting my glasses anytime soon.
12. You better believe that after warning them that I’ve had enough a week ago that I’m going to social media and my lawyer. And I’ve never told ANYONE that I’m going to my lawyer…
